Athlete Training Program

Welcome to Fitness Fusion of the Hudson Valley Elite Athlete Training Program! We offer the areas only, local elite athletic training prorgam for junior, high school and collegiate athletes. At FFHV, we offer affordable monthly memberships with unlimited access to sport specific training sessions as well as private 1-on-1 and small group and team training options.

 

We focus on proper bio-mechanics for safe and well-structured training for athletes of all sports. Our classes for athletes are held 7 days a week, with sessions designated for both junior and high school/ collegiate athletes.

Whether it’s off-season, pre-season or in-season, we provide the best performance solutions tailored to your athletes sports specific needs.

 

​Junior, High School and Collegiate Athletic Training Programs

 

Our middle school training ages begin from 10 to 13. Training will provide a young athlete with a strong foundation that they can build on throughout their athletic careers. Our high school & collegiate athletes, ages 14 and up, experience a high level of training. The program  focuses on strength training for performance, sport specific movements, explosive speed work, agility and plyometrics. They will learn  proper bio-mechanics to reduce exposure to injury and promote recovery.
