The Studio

We are a class-based, locally owned and operated fitness studio helping clients stay fit since 2012. Our state of the art fitness studio, located at 21 Glenn Pond Drive in Red Hook, NY, provides our clients with the best classes and technology to achieve their fitness goals. Workout in comfort on our eco-friendly microbial cork floors, be challenged in our indoor/outdoor obstacle course, and mix it up with our various classes designed to accommodate all fitness levels.

We focus on proper biomechanics for safe and well-structured classes that can modified for any fitness level. We hold classes 7-days a week and at various times throughout the day, and deliver unique, fun and effective ways to achieve your fitness goals. At Fitness Fusion, there are no memberships or hidden fees and our clients attend as their schedules permit.
